Shipping Methods
For local courier to industrial, commercial or residential addresses (there will be an extra charge), we use S. F. Express or other logistics companies to deliver your order. Normally, it takes a week after you receive your Order Notice by email from us. You will be informed of the extra charge by email as well.
You will be informed of the shipping cost by email.
For buyers in China and Macau: Besides puppets, no print books can be delivered.

All prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars. You will be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate that your bank or VISA posts the transaction.
Processing
If the items are in stock, they will be delivered to the logistics company within 2-4 working days after the confirmation of your payment. The logistics company will send the items to your selected destination (the delivery lead-time to Alfred Locker or residential address may take 1-2 more working days, and the frequently used EF Locker may be even longer).
+ After completing the order and payment, you will receive an email from us to inform you that the items will be delivered.
+ After the items delivered to SF stores, EF Locker or Alfred Locker, you will receive a SMS to inform you to take them.
+ If the EF Locker which you selected is full, SF Express will deliver the items to other nearest destination. Please do not choose EF Locker if you do not agree to this arrangement.
For any pre-orders, we will acquire the items from the publishers or suppliers after confirmation of your order and payment, and it will take 5-14 working days (we will notify you if any delay).

Return/Exchange
Please contact and provide us the reasons of returning or exchanging the items which you ordered within 7 days after your receipt of them.

If you find the wrong items or non-delivery, please take a photo of the shipping note and all the items received immediately for record, and contact us within 3 days after your receipt of them. We will send you a replacement, and will pay for the shipping cost.
Refund:
After confirming the cancellation of orders, you will receive an email from us. Refund will be made to you within 5-7 working days.
